| Vech bead blasted the casings because this is his standard procedure and he is comfortable with his ability to get all of the abrasive material out before assembling the engine. It looks like there is a lot of bright work on the engine and transmission. In fact the air filter cover is supposed to be painted silver. Mine got chromed somewhere along the way, and it looks good so I will use it until I find a painted one to replace it with. The Bing Agency rebuilt the carburetors. |
